The piles (1) are vibrated to and fro in their longitudinal direction (A-B), and thereby driven into the ground (2) until a position is reached, which is slightly short of their final position. The piles decrease in size conically downwards, and have square, rectangular, oval or elliptical cross section. They consist of a porous concrete material and are hollow. Each pile has a top section (8) with a holder, which is accessible from above, for a vibrator. The piles are from 8 m. to 12 m. long.
