Neck support has a flexible elastic plate forming a helix, from the center of which extends a shaft (4). The plate can be transparent. The central part of the plate can have a hole with the shaft offset from it. The plate can form a double helix and the shaft can be detachable. The shaft can have a s tub to fit into the hole and a shoulder to support the plate.
