The heat exchanger has interconnected finned (3) pipes (2) through which the fluid flows. The pipes have multi-layer arrangement in several stages, with fins maintained between them. Adjacent pipes amongst the assembly are assembled by brazing connection for thermal exchange between the fluid flowing in the pipes and the combustible gas flowing along the pipes exterior. The fins towards the brazed part (4b) of the pipe to the combustible gas output level. Heat exchanger containing a number of fluid flow pipes (2) having peripheral parts connected by brazing (copper or nickel group material). A number of fins (3) are in contact with the external surface of the pipes so as to increase surface thermal conduction. The pipes are assembled in a multi-layer arrangement of several layers with the fins maintained between them . Adjacent pipes are connected by brazing. The fins have guide parts (9) for discharge of condensed water formed by the thermal exchange between the fluid and combustible gas. The condensed water is discharged through different guide parts from the pipes brazing at the level of the combustible gas output. The guides (9) are arranged on two lateral sides of the space having fins between adjacent pipes. The combustible gas passes through this space with both left and right sides defined by the guides.
