The winder has as mobile guide at the entry to the underground conduit, with rollers (9) to center the cable (7) at its entry, followed by jets that deliver lubricant onto the cable. The jets are micro-jets set in a ring enclosing the cable. Each jet is connected by a flexible hose (4) to an air compressor (2) controlling delivery of lubricant.
