Cosmetic composition for skin make-up comprises, in aqueous medium, film-forming polymer, nonionic surfactant in form of block copolymer of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, and powdered colorant. Independent claims are also included for: (1) eye-liner comprising film-forming polymer, nonionic surfactant in form of copolymer containing blocks of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, and powdered colorant; (2) make-up process comprising application onto skin of composition as claimed; (3) make-up process comprising application of composition as claimed onto eyelids; (4) use of composition as claimed to produce make-up with good covering power and/or tolerated well by skin and/or sensitive eyes; (5) use of film-forming polymer, nonionic surfactant as defined above, and powdered colorant, in cosmetic composition for skin make-up, comprising cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium, to produce make-up with good covering power and/or well tolerated by skin and/or sensitive eyes.
