The leisure cart is composed of a seat support frame (1) raised (2,3) and angled (4) at the rear and flat flanges (6,7) on the sides for fixing flexible arms (8,9) receiving the wheels (13,14). Fallbacks (15,16) hold the articulation of an anti-roll bar (18). A front fastening bracket (19) receives an extender (20) and a handlebar tube (21) ended by a flat fitting (22), which allows pivoting of the front wheel axle unit (23), constituted by a base (24) on which a mudguard (25), a fork (26) receiving the wheel (27) are fixed.
