Hot-melt adhesive composition (I) comprises a non-elastomeric polymer and an elastomeric polymer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a multilayer structure (II) comprising a polyethylene layer, a layer of (I) and a polymer layer, optionally with binder layers between (I) and the polyethylene and polymer layers; (2) a process for producing (II) by coextrusion; (3) resealable packaging comprising (II); (4) resealable packaging comprising: (a) a container comprising a support layer, a laminatable layer, a layer of (I) and a tearable sealing layer; and (b) a lid comprising a support layer and a sealing layer that is sealed to the container's sealing layer in the form of a bead; (5) resealable packaging comprising: (a) a lid comprising a support layer, a laminatable layer, a layer of (I) and a tearable sealing layer; and (b) a container comprising a support layer and a sealing layer that is sealed to the lid's sealing layer in the form of a bead; (6) resealable packaging comprising two films, each comprising a support layer, a laminatable layer, a layer of (I) and a tearable sealing layer, the sealing layers being sealed together in the form of a bead.
