System containing patient medial and pharmacological data comprises patient chip-cards (CP) attributed to patients and having memory sub-divided into five zones for selective read, write or deletion access. A patient allocated code (CA) allows access to his card. Medical operatives can access cards via chip-cards (CI) that authorize access to patient cards via read-write devices (L/E) and that have different access authorities.
