The device is composed of a flexible long element (1) comprising cylindrical holes (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) allowing the housing of cords (C). Longitudinal (10,11,12) and radial (16,17) slits allow passage of the cords. Radial openings (18,19) each give a weakening along (P1 and P2) of the element and allow the device to locally stretch or compress. Cavities (22) accentuate the weak parts. In order to locally rigidify the element's structure it comprises openings (20) in which rigid elements (21) are fixed.
