The panel includes a front panel unit (2), an assembly of flat electric heater elements (6) of the self-regulating type having a short length, and connected between themselves by an electric feed wire (7), these cables being properly applied against the interior face of this front panel unit and extending approximately along its length. There is also a rear insulating panel (12).
