The valve is in equilibrium between the bellows force and the force of the electromagnetic solenoid (13), and diverse pressures emanating from the exhaust chamber (42), from the engine casing (33) and the suction chamber (41), pressing on the control valve (1). The equilibrium is obtained by the action of a first rod pushed by the bellows and which pushes a valve body in the direction for opening the valve orifice, and by the action of a second rod pushed by the piston and which pushes the body of the valve in the opposed direction for closing the valve orifice.
