The filling machine (1) is fitted with a rotating drum (2) provided with housings for the reception of packages (8). The conveyor is composed of a chain (3) mounted on a drive pinion (4), activated by a drive variator (5), and on a freely rotating return pinion (6). On the outer side of the chain are push pieces (7) which collect the packages to be filled, supplied by a supply system (9), and introduce them into the machine and evacuate them once filled.
