The filling of a flexible packaging (16) with a mixture of juice and vegetables is made with the help of a doser (2) fitted with a syruping nose (3). The solids are first introduced into the packaging, the doser is put under vacuum and then filled with liquid and the packaging placed in a vacuum chamber and filled.
