Device comprises flowmeters (9) and temperature sensors (10) mounted on each storage tank filling pipe (3) as well as a temperature sensor (12) in each tank (2). The instrumentation is connected to a computer (8) wherein received data is processed by computer programs which determine the amount of fuel delivered compensated for a difference between delivery temperature and a standard temperature and equally for fuel sold compensating for a temperature difference between storage tank temperature and standard temperature.
