PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable forming of multilayers with a presentable appearance by thermally melting the back face of a crowded-out skin material terminal part, then rolling the skin material terminal part with the molten back face into the back face side of a base material and pressing the back face of the rolled-in skin material terminal part into contact with the back face of the base material. ;SOLUTION: After melting the back face of a skin material terminal part 3, a rod 10 for a pressure contact tip is caused to advance by an air cylinder 12 and a sliding block moves forward as far as the advance stroke limits of the pressure contact tip 9 beyond the tip part of the outer peripheral part of a base material 2 provided at the tip part. In this case, the pressure contact tip 9 passes through the upper part of the end part of the base material 2, bending the skin material 3, and the skin material 3 is folded into the inside direction from the upper end of the base material 2. After that, a guide pin 18 makes headway along a groove formed in a guide 11 by moving the rod 10 farther forward, and the pressure contact tip 9 changes its direction downward in the neighborhood of a connecting pin 17 to the rod 10, folding the skin material to the back face side.
