If ozone or hydrogen peroxide water is mixed into treated water to oxidize the harmful substances such as dioxins and PCBs, it is practically difficult to obtain an intended decomposition effect. The present invention is intended to provide an advanced water treatment method and an advanced water treatment apparatus based on ozone treatment capable of realizing a more reliable processing effect. In order to achieve this purpose, in the present invention, ozone treatment is performed to contact ozone containing fine hazardous substances such as dioxins and PCBs in contact with ozone having an average particle size of 0.5 to 3 microns in contact with ozone. Based on the ozone treatment, the hydrogen peroxide water treatment, the ultraviolet irradiation treatment, the electrolysis treatment, and the carbonization filter treatment are significantly combined to exhibit a high treatment effect.
