PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably correct a horizontal directional attitude of a base board such as a liquid crystal panel with a simple structure. ;SOLUTION: A first pin 16a and a second pin 16b are arranged on a mutually orthogonal first frame 12a, and a first pin 17a and a second pin 17b are arranged on a second frame 12b. The first pins 16a and 17a and the second pins 16b and 17b move in the mutually inverse direction by first racks 14a and 15a and second racks 14b and 15b. When a rod of a cylinder 30 is projected, and a wire 36 is pulled by a first pulley 34, and the first racks 14a and 15a are also pulled by the wire 36. Therefore, the first pins 16a and 17a and the second pins 16b and 17b simultaneously advance toward a base board 1, and correct its attitude by chucking the base board 1 from four directions.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
