PURPOSE: To provide a novel antibody useful for the diagnosis, therapy, etc., of diseases (e.g. arterial sclerosis, cancer) related to TGF-β. ;CONSTITUTION: The TGF-β masking protein-resistant monoclonal antibody specifically reacting with the TGF-β masking protein, e.g. an antibody KM-704.
