(57) Abstract Manner and the device in order re-to dry the strip tobacco low at residence time are offered. At the same time this device, the tobacco passing by the oven and the condenser, the occasion where it passes, being consistent the tobacco over floor the whole tobacco, minute it makes dry uniformly. Although in this device the tobacco is made to dry, the porous membrane heating zone which is controlled to multiple independence is used. In order to cool the tobacco before the re-integral, it can provide the additional porous membrane cooling zone. The continuous system conveyer, passing by the heating zone and the cooling zone, it has extended. In order to rise moisture content of the tobacco which is dried to specified moisture level, it can use the steam tunnel. The oscillating type conveyer, makes the tobacco move through the steam tunnel.
