PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile roofing method very effective in solving the problems of leaks in a tiled roof, corrosion of tile fixing nails, and scattering of tiles in high winds and typhoon, and a tile fastener for use therein.;SOLUTION: The tile fastener is fixed in place by a nail driven into a nail hole provided such that the nail can be driven from the hip side face of a hook pantile to a tile bar. The restraining part of the tile fastener hooks and restrains an upper tile placed on top of the hip part of the hook pantile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
