(57) Abstract In the wireless communication system, the Radio Frequency signal propagation quality which relates to the signal which is transmitted from several positions inside the coverage area of the wireless communication system is measured. Next, the plural signature territories are defined inside the coverage area, this signature territory is selected and includes several suffering selected positions which possess the Radio Frequency signal propagation quality which is measured respectively. In regard to the suffering selective signature territory, the suffering measurement Radio Frequency signal propagation quality which it is related is processed, the Radio Frequency signature which is levelled spatially in regard to that suffering selective signature territory is drawn up.
