PURPOSE: To make it possible to enhance a rain leak preventive performance without causing an increase in cost and a drop in workability. ;CONSTITUTION: A pair of through holes are formed on a coping 30 wherein a projected part is installed around the through holes by burring work. These through holes are aligned with recessed parts formed around a pair of long holes 36 formed on a base part 32A of a post foundation metal fitting 32 as a fixing hole. A hexagonal bolt 38 is inserted into the post foundation metal fitting 32 from above and the bolt 38 is penetrated through the long hole 36 on the bottom 32A so that it may be engaged with a threaded hole 23 of a base 14.
