PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pin header connector, in which a mounting area for electronic components can be increased, while satisfying specified electrical and mechanical characteristics, when fixed on wiring board. SOLUTION: A pin header connector 1 is comprised of 2 kinds of pin header connector unit 2, with the first pin header connector unit 2, and the second pin header connector unit 5, and these units are joined in one row in an appropriate order. The first pin header connector unit 2 and the second pin header connector unit 4 are only different in base body structure, and the second base body 7 is formed to have a base body reduced part 7b, by removing a part of the first base body 4. When the pin header connector 1 is placed on the wiring board, the area on the wiring board, where the electronic parts are mounted, is increased by an amount of the base body reduced part 7b.
