PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new security countermeasures effect output technique that produces and outputs information showing the effect of security countermeasures taken concerning a computer. PSOLUTION: In adopting a configuration for taking the security countermeasures concerning a computer subject to countermeasures, the configuration is adopted such that information and the like detected by the security countermeasures are saved, and, based on these pieces of saved information, information showing the effect of the security countermeasures taken concerning the computer subject to countermeasures is produced and outputted. Thereby, because the effect of the security countermeasures can be grasped accurately, if the security countermeasures produce an insufficient effect, appropriate measures can be taken such that the frequency of implementing the security countermeasures is increased, or the policy on the security countermeasures is changed.
