PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the torsion stress of a receiving frame for receiving a suspension spring to an elevating and lowering cylinder in a rice transplanter for adopting an elevating and lowering structure for elevating a seedling planting device by the contraction pull-up operation of the elevating and lowering cylinder. ;SOLUTION: The suspension spring 12 is clamped by a disk-like spring receiver 15 attached to the piston pin 7A of the elevating and lowering cylinder 7 and the receiving frame 13 extended from the rear end supporting point of a lower link 6B and a tip supporting frame part 13B for receiving the suspension spring 12 and a base end frame part 13A pivotally supported at the rear end supporting point in the receiving frame 13 are pin-connected so as to mitigate the torsion stress.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
