PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information posting system capable of responding to various requests from an advertiser.;SOLUTION: This information posting system is provided with a transmitted information posting means 11 for posting a page of the information transmitted to a user by an information transmitting member, a monitoring means 14 for detecting the accessing behavior to a page of the transmitted information posted by the transmitted information posting means by the user and an address of the page accessed by the user, a counting means 16 for counting the number of times of access to the page on condition that the monitoring means detects the accessing behavior by the user, an upper limit value storing means 19 for storing an upper limit value of the number of times of access to each page in advance, a comparing means 16 for comparing the upper limit value of the number of times of access stored in the upper limit value storing means with a counted value of the number of times of access counted by the counting means, and a processing means 10 for executing the predetermined processing on condition that the counted value of the number of times of access reaches the upper limit value as a result of the comparison by the comparing means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
