PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing ticket, an information providing system using the ticket surface, an information providing method, an information providing program, and a recording medium having the information providing program recorded thereon in order to effectively provide information.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with: an information data base 6 in which additional information to be printed on a ticket surface is stored with a parameter (destination station and boarding date or the like) included in ticket information as a retrieval key; a ticket issuing machine 8 to which the parameter is inputted for purchasing a ticket; and an information carrying system for selecting the additional information to be printed on the ticket surface from the information data base 6 by using the inputted parameter as the retrieval key. The ticket issuing machine 8 issues a ticket by printing the additional information selected with the information carrying system 7 along with the ticket information on the ticket surface.
