PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropy conductive adhesive composite for electrical and electronic circuit connection in which electrical connection having low resistance can be obtained for COG mounting and COF mounting and which has no occurrence of short circuit between the adjoining electrodes, and a connection method of the circuit terminals using the same and a connection structure of the circuit terminals.;SOLUTION: This is an anisotropy conductive adhesive composite for circuit connection in which (1) the polar content (γsv, p) of the surface tension of the surface of an adhesive composite is 1-6 dyne/cm, (2) the surface contains conductive particles covered by an organic polymer compound as an essential content. A first circuit member having a first connection terminal and a second circuit member having a second connection terminal are arranged with the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal facing each other, and the above anisotropy conductive adhesive composite is interposed between the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal arranged facing each other, and by heating and pressurizing, the first connection terminal and the second connection terminal arranged facing each other are electrically connected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
