PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing satellite orbit arrangement capable of switching satellites in the same antenna beam capable of executing continuous communication even in the case of using a single antenna of a single beam in a communication system using an inclined synchronous orbit satellite and a satellite system using the orbit. ;SOLUTION: Plural satellites are arranged on an inclined synchronous elliptic orbit and these satellites are switched in the same antenna beam by switching a satellite to be used on an orbit intersection where orbits projected to coordinates based on the longitude and latitude on the ground intersect with each other, so that a loop-like orbit around which the same satellite is apparently orbited is constituted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
