PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fluidize a sediment on the bottom surface of a tank, by stirring a slurry residual liquid in a cargo tank efficiently. ;SOLUTION: An air guide tank 8 is erected in a well 7 at the center of the bottom of a cargo tank of a coal slurry transport ship, and air chambers 19a and 19b which can be expanded and contracted are formed between the oscillating plates 9a and 9b whose lower edges are pivoted in the well 7, and the air guide tank 8. The air is forced in and discharged between the air chambers 1 9a and 1 9b each other by an air pump 18, and thereby, the oscillating plates 9a and 9b are oscillated, and a sediment 6 is fluidized while waving a slurry residual liquid 4a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
