Unburned members 2 served as side walls and spacer members 2 are formed respectively by printing on parts to be the side walls of the ventilation passages 7, 8. Since the disapperable members 10 or the members 2 served as the side walls and spacer members 2 are formed by printing at that time, these are easily and surely formed into a desired shape with a desired thinness.
