PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately establish a switching position of machining conditions corresponding to change of electrical discharge area and to reduce load of an operator for inputting data.;SOLUTION: A memory device 50 stores machining characteristics inputted through an input output device 30, attribute data given to three-dimension shape model of a tool electrode, and machining condition file. A computing device 80 of a numerical control power source device determines sampling data of electrical discharge area by calculating electrical discharge area at a position of machining depth by an electrical discharge area calculating means 823 of a three dimension data management means 82. A switching position establishing means 824 determines positions of machining depth corresponding to a plurality of electrical discharge areas as switching positions of machining conditions. A machining current calculating means 843 calculates machining current suitable for electrical discharge area at the switching position.
