PURPOSE: To provide a heat source unit and air-conditioning system being suitable for a discrete distribution system. ;CONSTITUTION: A heat source unit is constructed of first and second heat pump circuits which can be driven independently respectively, and the first heat pump circuit 102 is equipped with a first heating medium circulation system whereby a first compressor 106, a first heating medium-water heat exchanger 108, a first selector valve 110, a first heating medium-heat storage tank water heat exchanger 114 in a heat storage tank 112, a first heating medium-air heat exchanger 116 and a first expansion valve 118 are made to communicate with each other, and with a first heat source water circulation system whereby the first heating medium-water heat exchanger and an air-liquid direct contact heat exchanger 120 are made to communicate with each other. The second heat pump circuit is equipped with a second heating medium circulation system whereby a second compressor 130, a second selector valve 132, a second heating medium-heat storage tank water heat exchanger 133 in the heat storage tank, a second heating medium-air heat exchanger 134 and a second expansion valve 136 are made to communicate with each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
