PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe the behavior of fluid with high visibility at low cost by admixing phosphor particles into a liquid and irradiating the phosphor particles with ultraviolet rays to emit a light therefrom. ;SOLUTION: A lubricant 1 in a bearing is admixed with a predetermined quantity of phosphor particles 10. The phosphor particles 10 has particle size of about 0.2mm and contains an organic phosphor, e.g. anthracene. Ultraviolet rays having wavelength of about 320mm is irradiated from the outside toward the inside of a transparent housing 8. When the phosphor particles 10 mixed in the lubricant 1 are irradiated with the ultraviolet rays, the phosphor particles 10 emit light which is visible easily in daytime. When an inner ring 3 is turned together with a shaft 2 to roll a roller 6 around the inner ring 3, the lubricant 1 begins to flow thus causing the phosphor particles 10 to flow.
