PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basket with a snatch-and-run preventive device which can ensure substantially similar loading capacity to that of a basket having no cover without any troubles in the carriage of tall cargoes while effectively preventing any snatch-and-run damages.;SOLUTION: The basket with the snatch-and-run preventive device comprises a frame body 1 and a cover 2, the frame body 1 is rotatably fitted to an UP- type handlebar 3, and at least a part of the cover 2 is fitted to the frame body 1. A rotary shaft part 4 of the frame body 1 is located above a handlebar fixing part 3A of the UP-type handlebar 3, and when the frame body 1 is collapsed forward, the cover 2 covers the entire upper surface or a part of the upper surface of the basket 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
