PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial preparation by using a nephrotoxicity inhibitor of aminoglucoside-based antibiotics and an aminoglucoside-based antibiotic material having a nephrotoxicity-inhibiting activity, capable of using a sufficient amount without a fear of the adverse effect and also having no problem of appearance of resistant bacteria.;SOLUTION: The nephrotoxicity inhibitor of the aminoglucoside-based antibiotics contains a megalin (LRP-2)-binding substance consisting at least one of lysozyme, aprotinin, cytochrome C, a partial peptide of the cytochrome C and a partial peptide of N-WASP of megalin (LRP-2) substrates, and the antibacterial preparation consists of the nephrotoxicity inhibitor having the nephrotoxicity-inhibiting activity and the aminoglucoside-based antibiotic material.
