The hybrid numerator which is obtained 1st cDNA and the oligo dT primer which include the oligo dT primer becomes two these chains cDNA where the two of 2nd cDNA which is not included differs. Next, these two two these chains cDNA are separated. This manner is used by various application examples, especially, 5 '' is used for the production of the cDNA library whose end is many.
