PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture content-measuring apparatus of tea leaves that can constantly and accurately measure the moisture content of the tea leaves, and can be applied to all rubbing/drying apparatus in a manufacturing process.;SOLUTION: A specific amount of leaf spring before rubbing/drying processing, during processing, and after processing is accommodated in an accommodation space S that is arranged in a rough rubbing machine and is formed by a bottom plate 3 and a measurement plate 4 that is arranged at the upper section of the bottom plat 3 while being separated by specific dimensions for measuring the moisture content in the measuring apparatus of the moisture content of the tea leaves. In the measuring apparatus, a microwave transmission type moisture meter 11 for measuring the moisture content of the tea leaves is provided on a surface that opposes the bottom plate 3 in the measurement plate 4, and the bottom plate 3 can be brought closer or separated from the measurement plate 4.
