PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise using a simple device at a low cost, at a demolition site and to prevent scattering of glass or the like.;SOLUTION: After a porous membrane is formed at a site of a noise source in advance, it is demolished. It is desirable that the basic material have grain powder mixed with water. The porous membrane forming substance is constituted so that gas is supplied to the basic material having sticking tendency. The basic material having sticking tendency of the porous membrane formation substance is sprayed, while mixing it with gas.
