PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply construct a protective layer having required strength and flatness as the foundation of an artificial-lawn sport ground on an existing paving surface such as clay.;SOLUTION: A plurality of rails 3 are installed in parallel on the existing paving surface 1 such as clay, a crushed stone or the like as height in which the top ends of each rail are distributed in approximately the same plane, a stable aggregate layer is manufactured by flatly laying and leveling and rolling aggregate 21 scattered among the adjacent two rails 3 by a ruler 4 stretched among the rails, and the aggregate layer is coated with a solidifying liquid and the flat and firm protective layer 2 is formed on the existing paving surface 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
