PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hydrophilicity of a top cover of a metallic Sui-Kin- Kutsu (sounding jar by water drops) and to smooth the inflow of water and the formation of water drops.;SOLUTION: The under surface of a top cover (2) and the inside surface of a water dripping port (5) are subjected to hydrophilic coating to promote the smooth inflow of the water and the formation of the water drops.
