PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data content transmission/reception system that facilitates transmission and reception of a digital broadcast program and information (data contents) provided in relation to a broadcast program in data broadcasting, and enables various types of equipment to use the information (data contents).;SOLUTION: The transmission/reception system for a broadcast program and data contents sent by digital broadcasting comprises a reception device capable of specifying an email address for the reception of the broadcast program and desired data contents related to the broadcast program both transmitted by a transmission device, a receiving means for receiving the email address specified by the reception device and specification information about the desired data contents, a managing means for managing the email address and the data content specification information, and an email sending means for sending the specified data contents as an email according to the email address and the data content specification information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
