PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide context-sensitive flag setting for information in a natural language text and service for centralized control of a meta-data related to the information via a computer network. PSOLUTION: The natural language (NL) text input by a user is recognized as one corresponding to a tag in a document, and one or more of action(s) concerned in the tag is (are) executed. Language information, the tag and related action are controlled in a central catalogue, an access is allowed in the catalogue. An NL parser called by a tag recognizer analyzes and normalizes the text using meaning information and a syntax analysis tree is returned to the tag recognizer. The tag recognizer compares the syntax analysis tree with a corresponding syntax analysis tree provided in a dictionary. When matched therein, an instance or a tag related to the syntax analysis tree in the dictionary is returned to an opened application, and the related action of the tag is executed.
