PSOLUTION: This blood transfusion affairs management server and this system are characterized in providing an ordering management part 12 sending a form for writing order information of the blood preparation to the terminal device 2, receiving the form written with the order information and blood transfusion scheduled person information from the terminal device 2, and ordering based on the order information and the blood transfusion scheduled person information, and a memory part storing the order information and the blood examination information of the blood transfusion scheduled person related to a prescribed blood transfusion index items. These are also characterized in that the form is provided with an order region for entering the order information for ordering the blood preparation and a reference region displaying the blood examination information.
