PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a space for allowing a person and a vehicle to pass at foundation leg parts position which become an obstacle and rebuild a single column foundation structural body in uninterruptible condition by attaching an anchor member to leg members in an intermediate part of an existing steel tower at an arbitrary height of the single column foundation structural body, fixing it to the single column foundation structural body, and removing steel tower leg parts in a lower part to which it is fixed while the existing steel tower remains as it is.;SOLUTION: In an uninterruptible construction method for overhead-line foundation change, the elevated single column foundation structural body 2 is installed at a central position X on the ground surrounded by steel tower legs 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, the anchor member Z is attached to a main column member Y in the intermediate part of the existing steel tower at the arbitrary height of the single column foundation structural body, a beam part 2 structural body overhangs in the direction of each steel tower leg, namely, the direction of the position where the anchor member is attached from the single column foundation structural body, the anchor member is wound in, concrete is fixed, and then a lower part of the beam structural body of the existing steel tower legs is cut and removed while the existing steel tower 1 having four-leg foundation structure remains as it is.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
