PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold cathode-ray tube type lamp capable of minimizing consumption power by preventing unevenness of luminance even if one or more lamps are connected to a power feeding device side by side, to provide a housing vessel having it and to provide a liquid-crystal display device having it.;SOLUTION: One of two electrodes is positioned outside a lamp tube 110, and a part of the other electrode is so formed as to position outside the lamp tube 110. This cold cathode-ray tube type lamp 100 is easily connected to and disconnected from this housing vessel 200 provided with clip type voltage applying module 301 and 302 by a clip method. Shock absorbers 410 are mounted on the modules 301 and 302 to minimize shock imposed on the lamp 100. Thereby, effects for reducing luminance difference between the lamps 100 and consumption power of the lamps 100 and for remarkably improving assembling workability and productivity can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
