PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sending receiving restriction system that can apply sending receiving restriction to a mobile terminal with ease of operation under the leadership of users.;SOLUTION: The sending receiving restriction system is provided with a gateway server device 3 that downloads an APPLET to control a communication function of the mobile terminal 1 to be disable by means of PUSH and with a mobile terminal 1 that stops a communication function according to the received APPLET, then the system applies sending receiving restriction to the mobile terminal 1 by ease of operation under the leadership of users.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
