PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in error rate of demodulated data even though a system clock deviates from a desired frequency under a situation in which automatic frequency control is not used. ;SOLUTION: A delay circuit 12 delays an instantaneous phase signal for a preliminarily defined time and outputs it as a delayed instantaneous phase signal, a subtracter 13 calculates the difference between the instantaneous phase signal and the delayed instantaneous phase signal, a frequency deviation correcting device 14 corrects the frequency deviation of an output of the subtracter 13, applies feedback to the subtracter 13, and a deciding device 15 performs data decision of an output of the subtracter 13 correcting the frequency deviation and outputs demodulated data as decided results.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
