PURPOSE: To obtain an automatic laminating apparatus conserving an installation space by providing a temporary receiving stand receiving the sheet piece falling from a feed table and a laminating stand receiving the sheet piece to laminate the same to the received sheet piece. ;CONSTITUTION: The adhesive layer applied sheet piece 14 fed on a sheet piece feed table 10 falls in the direction shown by an arrow A2 from the end part 15 thereof to move toward a temporary receiving stand 20. At this time, the receiving surface 21 of the temporary receiving stand 20 advances in the same direction as a feed direction (a) to successively receive the sheet piece 14 from the end part thereof.
