摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a stainless steel wire for a spring having extra fine diameter by constituting the componental compsn. of an austentitic stainless steel wire of specified wt.% of C, Si, Mn, P, Si, Ni, Cr, Ca and the balance Fe. ;CONSTITUTION: The componental compsn. of this austenitic stainless steel wire is constituted of the one contg., by weight, 0.06 to 0.08% C,. ≤1% Si, ≤2% Mn, ≤0.045% P, ≤0.03% S, 8 to 10.5% Ni, 18 to 20% Cr and Ca satisfying [Ca]≥ 1.27×[Insol-Al], and the balance Fe with impurities. Furthermore, Total-al≤0.01%, Insol-Al≤0.005%, Ca≤0.05% and the maximun diameter of D series inclusions by the ASTM-A method of ≤16μm are satisfied. Thus, a small-sized spring excellent in corrosion resistance and fatigue properties can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
